4.Precautions

(1) Check whether the red light indicator spot is abnormal before the equipment is used every day. If there are abnormal black spots, conduct a surface inspection of the laser exit window.

(2) The surface inspection of the laser exit window must be carried out when the equipment is powered off, and the routine inspection frequency is once a week. If contamination is found, replace the included lenses.

(3) Check whether the water level and temperature of the water cooler have reached the set temperature before equipment work every day. Preheating and precooling are required in winter and summer, usually 15 minutes.

(4) The cooling water of the water cooler needs to be deionized and purified water, and the cooling water containing impurities will damage the optical part. The standard water cooler setting water temperature is 25°.

(5) Laser equipment operators must be trained to operate as required. They must wear laser protective glasses during work and are prohibited from visually viewing laser beams and reflected and scattered beams.

(6) It is prohibited to insert any objects into the laser light path. Including metal, lenses, wood pieces, paper pieces, hands, etc.

(7) It is prohibited to disassemble and bend the optical fiber, and it is prohibited to hang objects on the optical fiber.

(8) For long-time shutdown, the output window needs to be protected. The cooling water needs to be drained.
